Bowles Rice Welcomes Two New Attorneys to Firm

Bowles Rice is pleased to welcome attorneys Anne Wilson Hadley and Leigh Anne Wilson to the firm.  Both attended socially distanced swearing in ceremonies at the West Virginia Supreme Court on October 29.

Anne Wilson Hadley is an associate attorney in the firm’s Charleston, West Virginia office. A former Bowles Rice summer clerk during her first two years of legal study, she has experience collaborating and working across multiple practice groups on a wide variety of projects.  She has joined the firm’s litigation team.

In the spring of 2020, Mrs. Hadley earned her law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law, where she served as the Professional Development and Alumni Relations Chair of the Student Bar Association; an elected member of the Ethics Council; Secretary of the West Virginia Association for Justice; a member of the Women’s Leadership Council; and the President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.

Leigh Anne Wilson is an associate in the firm’s Morgantown, West Virginia office.  She is also a former Bowles Rice summer clerk and has experience assisting attorneys across the firm on a host of matters. Ms. Wilson is a member of the firm’s Education Law team.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked for 10 years as a National Board-Certified Spanish teacher. Ms. Wilson earned her law degree in 2020 from the West Virginia University College of Law, where she was a merit scholar.
