Anyone 50 and older is invited to the Huntington Mall Center Court Friday, April 11, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. to take charge of their health with free screenings provided by Cabell Huntington Hospital at the mall’s Senior Lifestyle Event.
Health professionals from Cabell Huntington Hospital, Edwards Comprehensive Cancer Center, Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine and Marshall Health will provide screenings and health information for topics including:
• Diabetes                   • Bone fracture risk
• Stroke                       • Lung disease
• Osteoporosis            • Balance
• Arthritis                    • Urinary incontinence
Additionally, experts will be available for answers to questions about senior health and nutrition, wound healing, advance directive planning, lung and colorectal cancer, cardiac and vascular screenings and volunteer opportunities at Cabell Huntington Hospital.
