Exploring the World with Huntington’s Kitchen

Exploring the World with Huntington’s Kitchen is a series of classes that take place the third Tuesday of each month to celebrate the cuisine and culture of different countries and regions of the world. In most cases, the host will be a Tri-State resident with family ties to the region being featured. Each session features a live cooking demonstration and plenty of opportunities for tasting!

Mediterranean Way of Eating

Presented by Toni Karle of Chateau D’Italia, pparticipants in this program will learn the basics of Italian Mediterranean cooking.  It incorporates the basics of healthy eating and always a splash of flavorful extra virgin olive oil.  The lifestyle also recognizes the importance of being physically active and enjoying meals with family and friends.
