We’re bursting with excitement as we invite our CRAzy family to celebrate with us today!

CRA senior managers Dustin Lanning and Alisha Maddox in the Charleston office and Matt Isner and Matt Fidler in the Richmond office are now minority owners in the firm!

“It’s a GREAT day at CRA!” says Susan Lavenski, who owns and manages CRA with Caryn Foster Durham. “Caryn and I couldn’t be more proud of and happy for these guys. They’ve invested many years with CRA and truly care about the work they do for clients and staff. They’ve been instrumental in positioning CRA as a smart brand communications firm over the years. I can’t wait to see what happens next.”

“This group absolutely understands our business and what it takes to be successful,” Caryn adds. “They’re strategic and creative leaders, and have done a tremendous job of making a 42-year-old company relevant and innovative when many others in the industry have failed to do so. I simply can’t imagine a CRA where I come to work each day and these guys aren’t here.”

The foursome along with Susan and Caryn make up CRA’s executive management team. Together they oversee the management and operations of the firm, and lead the creative, digital, media and client services teams as well as sales and marketing efforts.

As if this wasn’t big enough news, we’re also super stoked to announce that CRA is now officially considered a women-owned business, or a WOB as we like to say. This will open a lot of doors for CRA and we’ve already gotten started!

This year, CRA celebrates 42 years in business and 15 years in the Richmond, VA, office, and we think our future is very bright. “CRA is a great place to work and do business,” Susan says. “We’re ready to take CRA to a new level and continue its legacy for many years to come.”
