Digital Relativity is excited to announce it has been ranked No. 202 on Inc . Magazine’s 37th annual Inc. 5000, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. The list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent small businesses. Microsoft, Dell, Domino’s Pizza, Pandora, Timberland, LinkedIn, Yelp, Zillow, and many other well-known names gained their first national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 5000.

Digital Relativity is one of eight companies in the state of West Virginia to receive a spot on the
list, ranking second in the state.

“This honor is a testament to our team, our partners, and the work we are able to accomplish together,” says Digital Relativity Founder and CEO Pat Strader. “In the early years of Digital Relativity, Justin Ferrell, Sarah Powell, and I sat at a table in our very small office and developed goals for the company. One was to make the Inc. 5000 list. Since then, we have grown to a team of 18, have established two locations, and exceeded our goal of making the Inc. 5000 list. Instead, we made the Inc. 500! I am grateful for everyone that has trusted and
supported us on this journey.”

“We are proud to be a West Virginia-based company creating jobs,” says Chief Operating Officer Sarah Powell. “We want to disprove the notion that you have to leave southern West Virginia to work in a creative space. Our world-class talent is from every corner of the state, and we’ve also attracted team members from outside our borders who have decided to make West Virginia their home. Along with other innovators, we want to be part of the solution to diversify West Virginia’s economy.”

Digital Relativity serves clients in West Virginia and throughout the United States. Along with the Inc. 500 honor, the agency has won several PRSA Crystal and American Advertising awards, including 2016 and 2017 Best of Show. The agency is deeply rooted in their community and volunteers time with various local organizations. In the coming years, they are hoping to continue to grow and have a positive impact on the work they do for their partners and the state of West Virginia as a whole.

Complete results of the Inc. 5000, including company profiles and an interactive database that can be sorted by industry, region, and other criteria, can be found at www.inc.com/inc5000 .

“If your company is on the Inc. 5000, it’s unparalleled recognition of your years of hard work and sacrifice,” says Inc. editor in chief James Ledbetter. “The lines of business may come and go, or come and stay. What doesn’t change is the way entrepreneurs create and accelerate the forces that shape our lives.”
