Five attorneys at the Huntington-based defense law firm Farrell, White & Legg, PLLC achieved recognition by the Super Lawyers rating service in the 2015 issue of Super Lawyers Magazine.
Michael J. Farrell and Erik W. Legg achieved recognition as Super Lawyers in the “Personal Injury Products: Defense” category; Tamela J. White and Joseph M. Farrell, Jr. achieved recognition as Super Lawyers in the “Personal Injury Medical Malpractice: Defense” category; and Bernard S. Vallejos achieved recognition in the “Rising Stars” category.

Lawyers included in Super Lawyers Magazine are comprised of the top five percent of peer-nominated and reviewed candidates. Lawyers may not nominate themselves or campaign. Independent research based on 12 indicators of professional achievement and peer recognition such as verdicts, settlements, professional experience and community service then takes place. Candidates with the highest point totals from these evaluations then serve on a “Blue Ribbon Panel” to evaluate other candidates within their primary area of practice. The top five percent of the candidates evaluated are named Super Lawyers. The top 2.5 percent of lawyers who are age 40 or younger, or have been in practice for 10 years or less, are named Rising Stars.
