Four cases on docket as West Virginia Supreme Court visits Marshall

The West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals will convene at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 18, at Marshall University’s Joan C. Edwards Performing Arts Center on the Huntington campus.

The Court will hear four interesting cases during the session, which is part of Constitution Week at Marshall. The docket for the Supreme Court’s visit to Marshall can be found at http://www.courtswv.gov/supreme-court/calendar/2012/dockets/sept-18-12ad.html.

The public is invited and encouraged to attend the session and witness the state’s highest court in action. A reception honoring the judges follows in the Performing Arts Center lobby.
