Gov.Tomblin Announces Judicial Vacancy Advisory Commission Will Receive Applications Immediately

Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin announced the Judicial Vacancy Advisory Commission will begin receiving applications immediately for the vacancy in the Twenty-Sixth Judicial Circuit serving Lewis and Upshur Counties. This vacancy was created by the retirement of the Honorable Thomas H. Keadle.

The deadline for application is Wed. Mar. 6, 2013, and the deadline for submittal of letters of recommendation is Wed. Mar. 13, 2013. Applications and letters of recommendation will not be considered if received after the deadlines. Interviews will be held on Wed. Mar. 27, 2013.
