One of the most successful and respected accounting firms in West Virginia and the Region, Gray, Griffith & Mays (GGM), has just announced the acquisition of The Health Group, LLC, a healthcare-focused CPA firm based in Morgantown.

This move adds healthcare expertise and a diverse portfolio of healthcare industry clients from across the country to GGM’s longstanding and well-established clientele. Together, the growing firms now have a combined staff of 48 financial professionals and represent clients in 41 states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico and Quebec, Canada.

This new collaboration will create a larger geographic footprint and expand services and expert strategic counsel to more clients. Led by Ted Cuppett, CPA, The Health Group will continue to operate under this name. The firm has been in operation since 2010 and has worked with Gray, Griffith & Mays on a variety of projects since 2015.
