KeyLogic Systems, Inc. Names Frank Vitale as New Chief Human Resources Officer

KeyLogic Systems, Inc., a leading professional services and engineering firm, has named Frank Vitale as its new chief human resources officer (CHRO). In his new role, Vitale will lead all of KeyLogic’s human resource functions, such as employing strategies to boost performance and engage KeyLogic staff, developing and implementing corporate training and overseeing all recruiting efforts.

“KeyLogic’s team members are our most valued resource and the heart of everything we do.” said Jon Hammock, KeyLogic President and Chief Executive Officer. “This new position will focus on enhancing our robust culture of high performers and foster a community atmosphere of excellence.”

Vitale comes to KeyLogic from Clear Mountain Bank, where he was Senior Vice President of Clear Mountain Bank’s Private Banking Group. Throughout his career, Vitale has held senior leadership roles managing human relations and operations in the financial and healthcare industries. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology, and a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from West Virginia University.

As a graduate of the US Army’s Academy of Health Sciences, Frank has more than 17 years of accumulated service to his country as a member of the U.S. Army and West Virginia National Guard. Vitale has been recognized on numerous accounts for his service, including through the United States of America – Meritorious Service Medal and Army Commendation Medal with oak-leaf cluster.
