Lauren Lint joined Thrasher as Vice President of Finance and Accounting at the start of April. She has more than 15 years of experience in a combination of industry and public accounting for non-public clients largely concentrated in construction, services, retail/distribution, and manufacturing and repair, .  In her previous roles at companies such as Swanson Industries, Inc. and Alpern Rosenthal, Lauren was able to demonstrate her effectiveness of treasury management, financial modeling, acquisitions, restructuring, and financial reporting for multi-million-dollar entities.

As Vice President of Finance and Accounting, Lauren will work closely with Thrasher’s CFO, CEO and COO, playing an important strategic role in the future of the company and having key responsibilities for the overall financial vision of the company. The expectation is that Lauren will transition into the role of CFO in the next three to five years.

There were several aspects about Thrasher that drew her to apply. First, she has a love and respect for architecture and engineering (she once imagined herself becoming an architect); and, she loved Thrasher’s involvement in communities.

“Lauren is a dynamic and engaging person,” said CEO Chad Riley. “Her practical knowledge and natural ability to work with people make her an excellent fit for Thrasher through this time of growth. We are excited to have her onboard.”

A West Virginia native, Lauren spent her early career in Pittsburgh before deciding to return to the Mountain State. She and her husband live in Cheat Lake with their son and daughter.
