Pickering Associates was named Engineering Company of the Year at the 2016 Northeast Oil and Gas Awards in Pittsburg, PA. The local architecture, engineering and surveying company was represented by company leadership and clients who graciously accepted the award.
The Oil & Gas Awards announced this year’s winners for the Fourth Annual Northeast Oil & Gas Awards at the Industry Summit and Gala Dinner, recognizing companies for their commitment to the key areas of health and safety, operational excellence, innovation corporate social responsibility and environmental stewardship.

Pickering Associates has completed 145 projects within the Oil & Gas industry within the past seven years, with a broad spectrum of experience with multiple drilling companies developing sites throughout Ohio and West Virginia. From initial selection, site access, impoundments and equipment location to pipe routing, sediment and erosion control methods and environmental permitting assistance, the multi-disciplinary team can provide support throughout every phase of the drilling site development process.
In addition, Pickering Associates provides topographical surveying, boundary surveying and geotechnical investigations. Any additional or necessary structural, electrical or mechanical engineering services is easily managed through the support of the firm’s in-house engineering team.
