Manpower to Host Three Hiring Event Cookouts Throughout the Tri-State

Manpower of West Virginia announced they will be hosting three upcoming hiring event cookouts in Teays Valley, Charleston, and Huntington, WV, to encourage community activity, promote job growth, and serve lunch.

Job seekers with an appetite for a new career are encouraged to attend one of Manpower’s upcoming hiring events. The first one to kick it off will be at Eleanor Park on Tuesday, May 25. This hiring event celebrates Diamond Electric, as a featured employer with pay rates up to $12.55/hr. It’s worth noting Manpower is also hiring for over 100 regional job openings between Huntington and Charleston, WV, for companies besides diamond electric.

“It’s a great time to be a job seeker and there’s never been more opportunities for individuals to find careers with great pay. I’m excited to share all of the great opportunities Manpower has throughout the region. We are hiring for a range of opportunities including administrative, clerical, health care/medical, industrial, and so much more,” says Celeste Chapman, Manpower market manager.

Community members looking for work are encouraged to stop by Manpower’s hiring event, register, and enjoy free food. Applicants only need to bring:

· Two forms of government issued IDs

· Resume if you have one

· Your appetite

· A mask (if not vaccinated)
