Melissa Oliverio has been appointed as a Long-Term Care Specialist for Northwestern Mutual, West Virginia – Northern Territory.
As a Long-Term Care Specialist, she will be responsible for ensuring that the long-term care needs of clients are addressed as part of their overall plan to achieve financial security. The company’s Long-Term Care product, QuietCare, is sold through Northwestern Long Term Care Insurance Co., a subsidiary of Northwestern Mutual.
A native of Bluefield, WV, Oliverio received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Salem College in Winston-Salem, NC. She also received a law degree in 1994 from West Virginia University. Oliverio comes to Northwestern Mutual from Steptoe & Johnson, PLLC.
Currently, Oliverio is an active member of The American Association for LTC Insurance, The North Central WV Estate Planning Council, The Monongalia General Hospital Auxilliary Board, MDRT and NAIFA. She resides in Morgantown.
