Mon General Hospital Introduces Marketing Campaign for Heart and Vascular Center

Mon General Hospital introduced a new integrated marketing campaign today for its Heart and Vascular Center.

The new campaign will educate patients and the community to the full spectrum of cardiac and heart valve treatments, diagnostic and interventional procedures and open heart surgery.

“Mon General Hospital Heart and Vascular Center provides the standard of care, technical advancement and physician experience you’d expect at major metropolitan medical centers,” said Lori Savitch, Mon General Hospital’s Director of Corporate Marketing.  “There’s no need to travel far from home for gold-standard heart and vascular care.”

The campaign features new TV commercials featuring spokesperson and Olympic Gold Medalist Mary Lou Retton, as well as new print ads, billboards, website content, physician videos and social media messaging. A unique media element is a Spotify “Heart” playlist developed for listeners.  Every song on the playlist has the word “heart” in the song title.

“This is a little something we thought would be fun and innovative for the Mon General community,” Savitch said.  “We feature songs such as ‘Young at Heart’ by Frank Sinatra to ‘Half of my Heart’ by John Mayer.”
