Mon Health Medical Center partnering with local Rotaries to offer spring health screenings

Mon Health Medical Center is offering several Multiphasic Blood Analysis screenings in April, May and June in conjunction with the Morgantown North, Cheat Lake and Westover Rotary clubs.

Multiphasic screenings will be 7-10 a.m. Friday, April 12-13, May 18 and June 22. Pre-registration screening locations include:

  • April 12: City Neon (Chaplin Road across from Mylan Park)
  • April 13: Clear Mountain Bank in Sabraton, Clear Mountain Bank at the Glenmark Center and Dynamic Physical Therapy in Westover.
  • May 18: Clear Mountain Bank in Sabraton, Clear Mountain Bank in Bruceton Mills and Dynamic Physical Therapy in Westover.
  • June 22: Clear Mountain Banks in Sabraton, HealthWorks in Cheat Lake and Mon Health Primary Care in Core.

 

Walk-ins will only be accepted at the Mon Health Medical Center Hazel Ruby McQuain Conference Center from 7-10 a.m. on April 13, May 18 and June 22.

The multiphasic is a blood test that measures a variety of blood components including cholesterol. Participants should fast for 12 hours prior to the test.

The cost of the multiphasic is $35 for those who pre-register and $40 for walk-ins. A Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) blood test, a Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) screening and Glucose A1-C tests are available for an additional $15 each. A Vitamin D test can be added for $20.

Registration forms and payment must be received by March 27, May 3 or June 7 depending on the date of choice. Registration forms are available at monhealth.com/rotary.
