The Resort at Glade Springs is once again playing home to Santa’s Christmas Adventure. An interactive North Pole experience that features reindeer, elves, cookies, hot cocoa and, yes, Mr. and Mrs. Claus themselves, this experience is one kids and families will remember for a lifetime.
The event is now entering its seventh year and will have some exciting changes for guests to enjoy. Santa’s house has received a complete home makeover from NPTV—the North Pole TV station—which is a fun play on the popular HGTV channel. Also new this year, children and their families will enter the North Pole through a magical forest scene complete with trees and snow.
“Each year, we strive to create a magical experience children and families will remember forever,” says Ashley Long, creative director at The Resort at Glade Springs. “We bring the whole North Pole experience here for children and their families to immerse themselves in with animatronics, moving set pieces and switches and buttons they can push to create magical effects, as well as interactive games. Participants will have the opportunity to meet Santa and Mrs. Claus, Mr. and Mrs. Mouse, Frosty, the Grinch, Olive, Crispy and more. They’ll also get to sample Mrs. Claus’ delicious cookies and attend a school for Santa’s elves, after which they will be awarded their own elf diploma.”
There is an entire winter wonderland full of fun for kids and their families to enjoy at Santa’s Christmas Adventure. Tickets are available for Saturday and Sunday nights from November 30-December 15, which gives families six different options to come out and explore The North Pole.
