SBA officials focus on simpler, streamlined small business programs at 2012 America East lender conference

The U.S. Small Business Administration’s America East Conference for SBA participating lenders provides intensive training to new and seasoned SBA lenders, resulting in expanded access to credit for the small business community.

The event is open to the media, with opportunities to interview senior SBA staff and industry specialists from across the country, updates on all SBA programs and initiatives and opportunities to network with other SBA lenders and resources, America East provides lenders the training to hone their SBA-related skills and build their small business lending network.

WHO: Three-day conference includes prominent keynote speakers, sessions on SBA lender information, and plenty of opportunities to speak to SBA program and industry experts.

WHAT: Access to senior SBA staff and industry specialists from across the country, updates on all SBA programs and initiatives and opportunities to network with other SBA lenders and resources. This year’s America East Conference topics will include Making the Case: To Export to China; Restructuring and Refinancing; Using SBA: Save the Deal; Risk Management; Express Lending Made Easy: Patriot/Export/SBA Express and many more.

As the economy continues to evolve, knowledge of SBA loan programs becomes more significant than ever.”
