The Board of Directors of Williamstown Bank recently announced the promotion of two officers

W. R. “Pete” Butcher, Jr., President and CEO says, “The Bank is fortunate to have two talented and dedicated Officers. The Board is pleased to acknowledge their talents and hard work.”

Williamstown Bank is a $140 million community bank with offices in Williamstown and Parkersburg. Teresa R. Cunningham has been promoted to Vice President – Mortgage Lending. Ms. Cunningham has been with Williamstown Bank since 2001. She has previously held the positions of Mortgage Loan Officer and Assistant Vice President. Ms. Cunningham will oversee all Mortgage Loan functions for the Bank, as well as supervise Loan operations.

Sharon K. Anderson has been promoted to Vice President – Operations. She has been with the Bank since 2002, serving in many capacities including balancing clerk, Assistant Office Manager – Parkersburg, Assistant Vice President and Bank Security Officer. Ms. Anderson is responsible for oversight of Customer Service and Support as well as Teller operations. She is the Bank Security Officer, manages the Bank’s Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity programs, as well as works with new product development and maintains the Bank website.
