University Healthcare Physicians (UHP) welcomes Michelle M. Skinner, DO to Harpers Ferry Family Medicine. Dr. Skinner is also part of the active medical staff at University Healthcare Jefferson Medical Center. In addition to her patient care services, Dr. Skinner will help to train resident physicians and medical students as an Assistant Professor for the West Virginia University School of Medicine Eastern Division.
Dr. Skinner is a graduate of Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in Vallejo, California. She recently completed Family Medicine residency at Williamsport Family Medicine in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
