University Healthcare, Martinsburg Rotary, Wellness Center Sponsor Community Wellness Screening

The 29th annual community wellness screening sponsored by University Healthcare,

Martinsburg Noon Rotary Club, and The Wellness Center at Berkeley Medical Center will be held Saturday, April 12 from 6 to 10 am at the Dorothy A. McCormack Center on the Berkeley Medical Center campus.

A comprehensive blood test which includes cholesterol, potassium, glucose, calcium, hemoglobin and more, will be available for $40.  An optional Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) test is available for men for an additional $35.

Anyone who registers for the blood test will also be offered various free screenings including blood pressure checks, balance testing, BMI, body fat, and neuropathy testing.  Participants in the screening program must be at least 12 years old.

Bring your family and take advantage of these discounted wellness screenings.  Pre-registration and payment in advance is required in order to participate. Registration forms are available at the information desk in the Berkeley Medical Center lobby, The Wellness Center, or online by visiting www.wvuniversityhealthcare.com.
