Concord University students, alumni and incoming freshmen from Wyoming County are invited to the Freshmen Send-Off at Twin Falls Resort State Park in Mullens, WV on Thursday, July 31, 2014. This is the first year for the gathering that will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Shelter #2.
“We’ve talked for a while about hosting an event for a group of incoming students that allows them the opportunity to meet with local alumni and hear from them firsthand about their Concord experiences,” Alumni Director Sarah Turner said. “With all the outstanding alumni that we have in Wyoming County it was an easy choice on where to hold our first event and we are looking forward to bringing incoming students, current students and alums together in the name of Concord.”
