Boone Memorial Hospital will host its annual Health Fair this Friday, October 7th.
The event will be held at the Madison Civic Center. The hospital will offer an Early Bird special for all current school personnel from 6:30am-7:30am. During this time, current school personnel from Logan, Boone and Lincoln counties can arrive early to receive blood work and flu shots. The fair will open to the general public at 8:00am. The fair will end at 1:00pm.
This year’s theme is “Better My Health.” Over 50 vendors including several Boone Memorial Hospital departments will be on hand to offer discounted blood work, flu shots, hearing tests, diabetic education, medication reviews and much more.

CBC (Complete Blood Count): $10.00
CMP (Comprehensive Metabolic Panel) with Lipids II: $15.00

PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen Test): $20.00
TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone Test): $10.00
HgbA1C (Hemoglobin A1C): $10.00
VITAMIN D (test your Vitamin D levels): $30.00
FLU SHOT: $25.00
Prizes will be awarded every 15-20 minutes and entertainment will continue throughout the fair. Enjoy country line dancers, local singers and a variety of entertainers. Food and refreshments will be provided by the BMH Dietary department free of charge.
All vendors, volunteers, sponsors and guests are encouraged to bring in non-perishable food items, which will be donated to the Madison Baptist Church Food Pantry. All donations benefit local families in need. Those who bring in food will be entered into a special prize drawing.
