The law firm Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC (Spilman) announced that David P. Ferretti was reelected to a two-year term on Spilman’s Management Committee, continuing his service as Member in Charge of Lawyer Administration.
In this role, Ferretti manages and evaluates the workload and performance of attorneys throughout the firm. He also works to recruit experienced lawyers for available positions within the firm.
In addition to his administrative work, Ferretti maintains an active law practice in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and health care law. He has more than 25 years of experience in these areas of law.
Ferretti has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America© in the fields of corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. He earned his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Virginia.
