Lee Murray Hall, a member of the firm’s litigation group, focuses her practice on insurance coverage, insurance defense, and bad faith defense. Her insurance defense practice includes municipal liability claims, motor vehicle and trucking claims, premises claims, construction accidents, deliberate intent and medical malpractice claims. Ms. Hall has been with Jenkins Fenstermaker since 1993.
Thomas E. Scarr is also in the firm’s litigation group. He has extensive experience in commercial litigation, products liability, toxic tort, and labor and employment law. Mr. Scarr is sought after as a mediator in civil matters.
