Pennington Project Band Plays at Chief Logan Lodge April 26, 2014

The Pennington Project, a local band, will play a free concert at Chief Logan Lodge Saturday, April 26, starting at 7 p.m. The show is open to the public to enjoy listening and dancing.

The Pennington Project is a three-to-six piece Charleston-based band that plays jazz, golden oldies rock, big band and contemporary music. “The variety appeals to all ages and the band provides great evening entertainment,” said Danny Taylor, Chief Logan Lodge general manager.

The popular state park lodge restaurant is open from 5 to 9 p.m. Overnight guests should ask for the Spring Wildflower lodging room rate, which is in effect through April 30 with rooms at $63.20 per night, double, queen or king size. The lodge features an indoor pool and hot tub, fitness room and comfortable lobbies for gatherings.
