The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern West Virginia is once again partnering with iFiTT24 to “Raise the Bar.” This year’s event will take place on Friday, September 28, 7–10 p.m.
“We were so pleased with the outcome from last year’s Raise the Bar that there was no question as to whether we should do it again,” said Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern West Virginia’s Executive Director, Dewayne Dickens. “We are grateful for the partnership that we have built with iFiTT24, and with the money we will raise this year, we’re planning to build a Wellness Center for families staying at the House.”
“We are excited to team up with RMHC to Raise the Bar once again,” said iFiTT24 owner Brandon Walters. “The proposed Wellness Center will be a unique opportunity for our community and state — out of 380 Ronald McDonald Houses around the world, ours will be the first with a Wellness Center. Through this fundraising initiative, we will be creating a comfortable environment for those at the House to exercise, relieve stress and learn the value of adding regular workouts to their lives.”
The evening will include complimentary food, adult beverages and live entertainment by a DJ. There will also be giveaways scheduled throughout the event and a silent auction. Attendees will receive a Raise the Bar t-shirt and four 30-minute group workouts (optional) led by Walters.
Admission to Raise the Bar is $50 in advance or $60 at the door. Purchase your tickets by calling iFiTT24 at 304-767-3676.
