The West Virginia District Office of the U.S. Small Business Administration is seeking nominations for the 2015 Small Business Week Awards. Every year since 1963, the President has called for the nationwide celebration of Small Business Week to acknowledge the significant contributions of small businesses to the nation’s economy.
Nominations Due – Monday, Jan. 5, 2015Â at 3:00 EST
National award categories include National Small Business Person of the Year and Exporter of the Year. Click here for more information on the national awards.
In addition to the national awards, the West Virginia District Office is seeking nominations for the following district awards:
- Entrepreneurial Success of the Year
- Family-Owned Business of the Year
- Young Entrepreneur of the Year
- Financial Champion of the Year
- Home-Based Champion of the Year
- Minority Small Business Champion of the Year
- Veteran Small Business Champion of the Year
- Women in Business Champion of the Year
District nominations must be submitted directly to the West Virginia District Office.
