The Jefferson Memorial Hospital Auxiliary recently purchased text books and instructor tool kits for the S.T.A.B.L.E. classes at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. The program, taught by Dr. Robert Jones, is designed to provide important information about neonatal stabilization for maternal and infant healthcare providers.
“A uniform, standardized process of care and comprehensive team approach can improve an infant’s overall stability, safety and outcome,” stated Val Penick, RN, education manager at Jefferson Memorial Hospital.

The Jefferson Memorial Hospital auxiliary holds various fundraising events throughout the year to be able to give back to the hospital when needs arise.
